Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Fly Birdz account and associated game data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Email contact@flybirdz.app from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject “Fly Birdz Account Deletion”.
  3. Include your Fly Birdz nickname and whether you signed in with Google or Apple. Do not include your password.

What will be deleted

Your player profile, nickname, selected avatar, saved score and associated leaderboard record will be deleted or anonymized after verification.

What may be retained

Security logs may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary. Apple and Google independently control transaction records and may retain purchase history under legal and store requirements. Deleting Fly Birdz data does not cancel subscriptions or erase store transaction history.

Processing time

Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. We may contact you to confirm account ownership before deletion.
