By downloading, accessing or using Fly Birdz, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Using Fly Birdz
You may use Fly Birdz for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must follow applicable laws and must not interfere with the game, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate scores, automate gameplay or disrupt other players.
Accounts and leaderboards
You are responsible for activity associated with your account and nickname. Nicknames must not be unlawful, abusive, impersonating or infringing. We may remove scores, nicknames or access where needed to protect players, game integrity or legal rights.
Purchases
Optional purchases, including Remove Ads, are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the store's payment, refund and account terms. Available pricing may vary by country, tax and platform. Restoring a purchase may require the same store account used for the original transaction.
Advertising
The free version may contain advertising supplied by third-party providers. Purchasing Remove Ads removes eligible in-game ads but does not alter essential service communications.
Intellectual property
Fly Birdz, its visual identity, software, characters, artwork and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership or permit copying, modification, resale or distribution except where law expressly allows.
Availability and updates
Features may change as the game improves. We may release updates, rebalance gameplay, modify online services or discontinue features. We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimer and liability
Fly Birdz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the game.
